The Student Leadership Classes at both RHS and Rock9 act as the Executive Committee of the RHS Student Council. You must be in the class to be a Student Council Officer or Committee Chair. You have to be an active member of RHS/Rock9 Student Council while a member of the class.
This is where the project and activity planning and implementation begin. We also learn leadership skills through class activities and Texas Association of Student Councils workshops and conferences.
The process to sign up for the class is:
- Select student leadership as one of your first choice electives
- Emails will go out to you via skyward once counselors enter all of the course selections
- Complete the online application form
- Print and complete the paper agreement page to bring to your interview
- RHS interviews will be on March 4th starting at 5pm. Please plan on staying until 7pm. Rock9 interview time will be announced soon.
